yes .  Our price is $39 any type of typical structure.  It also includes computer generated color photos with descriptions.

Mold Inspection..................... $376.00 up to 4 Lab test, additional Lab test $69.00 per test.
Radon Inspection.................. $129.00 with home inspection.$179.00 Radon only. Includes a 48 hour testing & Lab Results
New Construction...................$285 add $25 to every 500 sqft. New homes Should have a termite inspection. Every new home will have burried wood, wood chips, cardboard, and other items left behind from construction companies. This will eventually moisten and bring termites closer to your new home.
Pre-List Inspection.................$279 with a $50 return &  FREE weblisting
Move-In Certification..............$249 with a $64 return &  FREE weblisting

Condos / Town homes   2 bdrm is $229.00   3 bdrm is  $249.00
