Marcus I want to tell at frist when I got your flyer about about a warranty Inspection I felt It would be a waste of money but my wife thought a second set of eyes was needed. After I read the report and realized how little I knew about the condition of my new home it was well worth every penny. I sent the report to the builder and he sent some of his crew over so far he has taken care of about 85% of the list. That sagging ceiling on the front pourch was caused by bricks falling off from above. I took my report to a meeting of the home owners association and passed it around. Wanted to send you a note to thank you for all the time you took on our Inspection. We knew there were alot of problems with the house to begin with but wanted the land for our horse's.
